BRIDGE Housing Corporation is partnering with Lutheran Social Services of Northern California (LSS) to provide a variety of services to support residents, Child Action Inc to find a local childcare provider for the childcare center in the building, and Del Paso Business Partnership to help find a local business for the retail space.

Affordable Housing

This development will add 124 units of high-quality housing in North Sacramento for individuals and families with low and moderate incomes. 25% of units will be reserved as permanent supportive.

Open Space

As part of the proposed project, BRIDGE has proposed including 7,600 sf of new courtyard space that will contain a play area for children.

Public Park

Child Care

440 Arden Way will include a 4,200 sf childcare center with a secured outdoor courtyard and play area. BRIDGE is partnering with Child Action Inc. to identify a childcare provider to occupy the space.
